These Terms govern all sports betting conducted on 10win, including pre-match wagers and in-play (live) betting. In this document, terms shall have the following meanings unless the context requires otherwise: "Bet" means a wager placed on a Market; "Market" means a contractual betting proposition offered on an event; "Event" means the sport event or tournament underlying a Market; "Outright market" means a bet on a participant or team to win a competition or finish in a defined position; "Void" means a bet that is cancelled and the stake refunded; "Official source" means the published result determined by the governing body or competition authorities; "Abandoned" means an event that is halted with no immediate resumption; "Palpable error" means an obvious mistake in the odds or event description; and "Dispute" means a customer or the platform administration disagreement regarding settlement. The company reserves the right to interpret and apply these definitions consistently across all markets.
10win reserves the right to accept or decline any wager, in whole or in part, and to cancel a bet after acceptance where justified by a palpable error, risk management concerns, or suspected irregular activity. If a bet is rejected, the stake is returned. After acceptance, the company may void or cancel part or the entirety of a bet if there is a valid reason, including but not limited to: execution of the market listing error, bypassing wagering limits, exploiting public announcements or confidential information, combining related bets, participant involvement that directly affects the market, or a technical error affecting odds or event details.
The company may cancel all bets on an event where there is a change to the venue. Where circumstances of an event change materially (for example, length of play, distance in a race, or number of periods), the company may cancel or settle bets as appropriate. If a match is cancelled, suspended, postponed, or not retrieved within the applicable timeframe, the event will be settled in accordance with the procedures described for the relevant market, subject to the following: bets may be voided or settled based on the official result or a revised schedule announced by the governing body, and refunds issued where applicable. If the event is postponed or abandoned and not resumed within 48 hours of the original start time, bets on non-resolved markets may be void, with stakes refunded except for markets that have already been determined by the official result.
General settlements occur when the outcome of a Market is determined by the official result. If an event is not completed and is decided by the referee or an official announcement, settlements follow the last official result within the normal duration of play unless the market description specifies otherwise. In football (soccer), markets based on regular time are settled after the normal duration, with overtime or penalties considered only if the market description explicitly includes them. If an event proceeds to overtime and the market includes overtime, settlement occurs after the overtime is completed; penalties are settled only when the market description indicates inclusion of penalties.
During in-play betting, the results applicable to a bet are determined by the scoreboard and the official decision at the time of the incident. If a VAR review reverses or changes the original on-field decision, bets placed after the incident and before the final VAR decision shall be considered void if the outcome of the incident is materially altered and the odds were not already adjusted. Bets unaffected by the VAR decision may stand. 10win may reverse any settled bets if a final official decision contradicts the previously settled result and occurs before the close of the match window.
Outright markets, including winners, Top N finishes, and similar classifications, are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets on participants who are unable to take part due to withdrawal, disqualification, or other reasons will stand as settled in line with the Play-or-Pay principle; non-participation in a participant listed in a Head-to-Head or a team-based market may render those particular markets void. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team-market settlements remain valid; markets contingent on individual performance may be voided.
The platform supports a range of match formats. For matches with durations outside the ranges specified (for example, less than 50 minutes or more than 90 minutes), markets are voided. The company does not assume responsibility for format changes announced during the event and reserves the right to apply the applicable settlement under the listed rules. In live and pre-match markets, the variance between format statements and actual match duration may result in voiding of affected markets.
Markets linked to scorers, including First Scorer, Last Scorer and Anytime Scorer, apply to regular time unless the market description explicitly includes extra time. Own goals are treated as non-scorers unless the rules specify otherwise. If a match is abandoned after a scorer has been recorded, bets on the first scorer may stand and those on the last scorer may be voided, unless the governing rules state otherwise. All scorer-related markets rely on the official match events as recorded by the competition authorities.
Any dispute arising from the settlement of bets will be addressed in accordance with 10win's dispute resolution framework. The company reserves the right to provide information to competent authorities in cases of suspected fraud or match-fixing and to wait for verdicts from those bodies before finalizing settlement. All settlements are subject to regulatory requirements applicable to the jurisdiction in which 10win operates.
By placing a bet on 10win, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms as the binding agreement governing all sports betting activities on the platform.
